Social Work, Nation First

Nation first. People next. Self last.

Prof. Rajawat

P. S. Rajawat (PSR), DCMH, Ph.D. ✪✅

Lovingly known as Rajasa by the tribal communities of Central India, Prof. Rajawat is a behavioural scientist and systems architect redefining human excellence through the fusion of ancient wisdom and futuristic technologies, quantum science, AI, and advanced human optimization frameworks.

He believes reality is a subjective experience while consciousness is collective and what you see is not equal to reality...The realities can be edited and that human memories can be engineered, shared, and redefined. Exploring the paradox of logic and myth, he values transformation beyond traditional equations, believing more in b² > 4ac than E = mc², and advocating that unlearning surpasses learning and relearning.

A trained therapist, Jungian coach, polyglot, and innovator holding patents in Brain Computer Interface tools and excellence systems, he bridges science, spirituality, and technology to unlock human potential. His work spans advising cabinet-level policymakers, preparing next-generation business leaders, supporting marginalized communities, and democratizing mental health and wellbeing in the Gandhian spirit, from elite spaces to the last person in society....!!

Mission SSB

Empowering Future Officers Through Merit, Mentorship, and Service

Prof. Rajawat previously served as an Assistant GTO at a prominent SSB training institute before transitioning into his role as a psychologist, bringing with him extensive firsthand experience of the SSB selection process. Driven by a commitment to equity and service, he initiated a mission to provide free SSB mentorship to deserving aspirants who lacked financial resources or familial exposure to the selection system, ensuring they could compete on equal footing. Selection for this initiative was strictly based on need and merit, with special preference extended to Veer Naris (wives of personnel killed in action) and wards of PBORs.

Through this effort, he has mentored numerous candidates from both armed forces families and civilian backgrounds, several of whom have gone on to achieve notable success as commissioned officers. The initiative has remained paused since 2023 due to funding constraints, as it was entirely supported through his personal resources.

Free of Cost Self-Defence Training to Women

Tactical, Psychological, and Real-World Self-Defence Empowering 8,200+ Women, Girls, and Communities

Prof. Rajawat, a trained self-defence instructor, has trained over 8,200 women and girls, along with senior citizens, entirely free of cost, as part of his commitment to community safety and empowerment. His approach to self-defence extends beyond physical techniques to include psychological preparedness, situational awareness, and strategic thinking.

Unlike conventional karate or taekwondo models that emphasize static stances and repetitive drills, his carefully designed programs are rooted in real-world application, focused on street survival, tactical response, threat assessment, and decision-making under pressure. The training prioritizes prevention, confidence-building, boundary setting, and adaptive action, ensuring participants are equipped not just to fight, but to think, assess, and respond effectively in dynamic and unpredictable environments.

Ground-Level Mental Health & De-Addiction Outreach

Esp. for Ex-Servicemen and Rural Communities

Conducting free de-addiction camps in remote rural locations across North-West Madhya Pradesh, with a special focus on ex-servicemen, their families, and underserved communities. The team provides counselling, structured psychosocial interventions, and direct linkages to rehabilitation and de-addiction centres, PHCs, and other referral services whenever required. Addressing alcohol and tobacco dependence as major community challenges, the initiative has successfully rehabilitated individuals in far-flung villages, including many ex-servicemen, even in cases where medical professionals expressed low confidence in recovery. Using carefully designed, field-tested methods, substance dependence and relapse rates have been significantly reduced. Many beneficiaries, including low-income daily wage earners and pensioners who could not afford treatment, were reached directly at the grassroots level, helping them overcome addiction and restore health, dignity, and stability.

Mental Health At Ground Level, Not A Privilege

From FSWs to Mainstream Work

Prof. Rajawat works directly with the most marginalized communities to make mental health care accessible at the grassroots level. Through ManoRaksha, he has supported Denotified Tribes and tribal communities by living and working among them, participating in local culture, and building trust on the ground. A significant part of his work focuses on helping tribal women and female sex workers move out of the sex trade and rebuild dignified lives. This includes counselling, trauma support, access to government schemes, psychoeducation, and guidance towards alternative livelihoods and social reintegration.

He has worked with Saharia communities in flood-affected villages, helped women open up about violence and abuse, stopped child marriages when necessary, and maintained strong ethical standards by resisting misuse of funds and unethical practices in the mental health sector. His work reflects a simple mission: mental health and dignity must reach everyone, especially those who need it most.

From Access to Opportunity

(Free Coaching, Affordable Books, and Career Skills Empowering BPL Aspirants and Rural Girls)

Prof. Rajawat has provided free coaching classes and distributed books to students from BPL families who could not afford study material. As the author of one of the most sold books and question banks on the MP Patwari Exam with a reputed publisher, he ensured that BPL card aspirants could access the book at just 50 percent of the profit margin later adjusted from hisn own royalty, making it affordable for those who otherwise would have been excluded from preparation due to financial constraints.

Along with his team, he conducted evening classes in soft skills, personality development, and communication skills for girls from rural areas to improve their employability. Being a certified trainer for career counsellors, he personally guided and trained these young women to perform confidently in job interviews and secure better placement opportunities.
